Return And Refund Policy

At Bedtime Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. INTIMATE ITEMS & HYGIENE

Due to the nature of our products (lingerie, sleepwear, and intimate accessories), health and hygiene regulations apply.

  • Items must have all original hygiene seals intact.
  • Any item that shows signs of wear, scent (perfume/detergent), or hair will be rejected and returned to the sender.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Final Sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased during a clearance event.
